Capital One

From 27 July Capital One bank no longer accepts savings. It has passed its savings business to Castle Money - part of Skipton Building Society.

Skipton Building Society will apparently continue to offer the same deal as before to existing Capital One account holders.

Capital One savers who are already savers in Skipton Building Society should be aware that they will now only have one £50,000 FSA guarantee rather than the 2 they had previously.
